Short fan controller

Could you guys tell me if there is a fan controller that fits in the prodigy case with two fans on the top?
Case: Prodigy Anniversary (black)
Motherboard: Asus Z87i-Pro

There's quite a lot of options which should fit, but often fan controllers are really hard to judge in terms of depth as they need to allow sufficient room for the cables to connect.

I run a Lamptron FC9 in a Prodigy and there is room (with a bit of cable fiddling) for a fan in the front-most top fan location.
There isn't much point doing this though, as the ODD bay has a (fairly) solid base which entirely blocks any airflow you would gain from using it.
Additionally, my (limited) testing suggests that fans in the roof of a Prodigy do very little for temps and really just add to noise levels. It'll depend on your hardware of course.

Do you need the ODD bay for the fan controller? Its purely for gaming only at this moment in time so i don't need it.
