I just finished my latest pc build and I thrown in my win7U disk into the optical drive. The pc boots fine and the bios shows the disk drive to be the first boot option. When it boots to the disk, if shows the "windows is loading" and then a black screen. Then the disk drive stops spinning. If it's win8 it shows the blue logo, and then the black screen. It's been 1 hour and it has not left and the disk drive does not spin up.
I've even tried a USB boot drive and the same thing happens.
Very confused. :/

Intel i5 4590
Kingston 2x4gb 1866mhz Hyper X ram
Gigabyte r9 270x 2gb
Gigabyte b85m-D3H
Zalman z5
WD 1Tb hdd
Older 500gb hard drive that sometimes crashes
Litescribe DVD Drive
