Hi, my PC has been constantly turning itself off. To get it on I've had to remove the power cord from the PSU otherwise it won't start. This can happen 20 times a day. My PSU is a 1/2 year old AX860i. I originally thought it was a failing HDD but since I've seen the voltage on the 3.3v rail, what could that be to cause it?

Thanks

Edit: Forgot specs;
i5 3570k
Asus gtx 780 ti oc
8GB RAM
120gb Intel SSD
1TB WD Black
Corsair H80i
ASRock Z77 Extreme4
120 GB Samsung SSD

4.06V on the 3.3V rail is unacceptable. RMA the PSU.

Although the Flextronics build AX*i series are top notch PSU's, sometimes components inside fail. I'll suggest contacting Corsair about RMA for the PSU.
