So, I want a PC that can run pretty hard games and the Oculus Rift.

Games in mind:
Borderlands 2/Pre Sequel
DayZ
Garry's Mod
Oculus Rift DK2 in general.
Idc if the graphics are enhanced (i would prefer good graphics) but 60FPS is the aim.

I am trying to keep to a £1500-2000 budget, but I am willing to go over. Idc how long it takes to get the money.

What components are needed? (Idc if it costs a bit more for something, if it runs 10x better, say that instead)

Solution
The PC I suggested is already a fairly high-end gaming PC. And yes, you can upgrade as the need arise. Makes it easier to save < £1,000 than £2,000. :)
Your budget is more than adequate.
