Is this PC good?

Hello,title says it all,i currently have money to buy those parts:
Cooler Master K380
HyperX fury black series 8 GB
Seagate barracuda 1tb
Thermaltake smart standard 650w
intel core i5 4690k
asus h81m-k
gigabyte GTX 770

Please dont tell me to get a beter motherboard,no money

Since you will not go with a better motherboard, there`s no point to go with a 4690k, since you will not be able to overclock.
Also, the PSU should be from a better company like SeaSonic, Antec, Corsair (not CX, CS or Builder), EVGA, Silverstone.

Check if you can go with a GTX 970 is you lose the "K" version CPU.

Other than that, and since the budget is tight, this is a decent build.

Its a good build and replacing the 4690k with a non "k" cpu would be a smart move because of your motherboard.

if you get a GTX 970 you wont need as big a power supply. So you could afford maybe 550-650 from antec seasonic or xfx.
