Think I've been scammed by CPL?

I've had to return 2 things to an online retailer I've been buying from recently (Computer & Parts Land) in Australia, and I sent them my NZXT Kraken X61 about 2 weeks ago because it's pump made grinding noises. They told me that when they received it they would test it, then ask me if I wanted store credit or a replacement. They never contacted me, and a few days later I chased them up on it. They told me that they had sent a new one to me, but said they didn't have a tracking number for it. All couriers in Australia use tracking numbers, and it's been nearly a week since they supposedly shipped it. They still say it has no tracking number, and I'm terrified they're just lying to me and I've lost my $200. They also told me they'd pay me back for what it cost to send them the faulty cooler, but now they are ignoring my questions about it and haven't given me anything.

I also just sent my MSI 970 to them as they told me it's covered under warranty because it had bad coil whine. I'm scared the exact same thing will happen.

Does anyone know where I can go from here? Their customer support is useless and never gives me direct answers. Am I just being paranoid?

So scared I've lost over $700 AUD.

Not sure what the point of this post was, I just have no idea where to go from here. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Yes, I have records of all our conversations, and the lies. That's a good idea, I'll do some googling to find out who to talk to about these things and threaten them if I hear nothing. I'll never be buying from them EVER again.
To the people of Australia, NEVER buy from CPL.

Thanks brother. That's really good to hear! I hate returning stuff too, it's beyond stressful :(
Everything I have bought from CPL so far has been faulty. My G2 750 clicks on startup, my X61 pump made grinding noises, and my MSI 970 had coil whine. I have the best luck, hey ;)
Might be due to their horrible packaging. They put the box (whatever it might be) inside a bigger box and just ship it like that. It's terrible.

Nice setup man, quality. Just need some red fans on the CPU cooler ;)
I still can't decide if I should try another MSI or wait for the Strix to come in stock.
Think I might wait for the Strix as it'll match future builds, that's if CPL don't do a typical CPL and sent me another MSI without discussing with me what I'd like to do.

Your G2 PCI-E cables look different to mine, it looks like the connector on the left splits off onto the right? Mine are separate, weird. Correct me if I'm wrong. :)
