So a few days ago I had an issue where my keyboard stopped responding after I tried to plug in a few new cables from my monitor to my PC (I also had a few issues with my software but that was quick to sort out). I fixed the original problem by going into safe mode and running a restore (since in normal mode my anti virus was blocking it) to a few days ago. However, my GPU also had problems with the fans so I planned on sending it back and getting it fixed. After I took the card out of my PC, my keyboard stopped responding again, I fixed it using the same method but not sure if there is an underlying issue with my motherboard (the keyboard works in BIOS and with another laptop but not in OS nor in login screen, I tried restarting and different USB slots... the mouse works fine though and so do my speakers which I recently got).

My GPU is Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB Vapor-X, mobo is MSI Z97-G55 SLI ATX LGA1150, CPU is Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core, PSU is EVGA 850W ATX12V / EPS12V and my keyboard is Gigabyte Force K3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not think it is a mobo issue myself and I am especially reluctant to send it off since that means dismantling my whole build. If there are possible underlying issues though, I would like to make sure where they are coming from and have the best build possible. Thanks for any help!
