New low end build

A friend of mine needs a new computer. He does not play games, but does use some blueprint software. His budget is low 500's so I spec'ed a build for him. I don't plan on overclocking and want a fairly quiet computer. Anyone see anything that I missed?

Well you don't need an APU if you don't play ANY games, the iGPU of Intel i-Cores are strong enough. Also, they're more upgradable if ever he wants the power of an i5 or Xeon or i7. So, a cheaper, cooler, better build:
