I bought a rosewill blackhawk case and I don't know how to change the front two fans because it is blocked by the 3.5 bays. I read the manual but it doesn't say how to remove the cage to access the fans. If someone has experience with this case please tell me how to do it. and sorry for wrong section I couldn't find a case section. Thanks :)

Try removing the front panel? That's usually how front Fans are installed or changed.

I did that but I still can't change the fans you have to remove the 3.5 bay cage but I can't figure out how to do it

then I'm confused. Joanne's video on that page I linked you to clearly show the front fans accessible beneath the drive bays (including the 3.5 bay). Maybe if you have something in the 3.5 bay you need to remove that.

Alternatively, post a picture.

From the pictures I can clearly see a line of screws that attach the drive cage to the motherboard tray. Just follow the metal. Doesn't appear to be attached at the top or bottom of the cage. I assume there is a second line of screws closer to the front of the case, or clips/slots that the cage slides into.
