Long splash screen

Every time I restart my computer, the splash screen, with the name of my motherboard, stays up for about 5 min. I cannot do anything. Is there a way to solve this? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Check the bios there should be somewhere in there to turn it off or shorten the time, I normally turn mine off. If that doesnt help then there might be other issues causing the long boot up time, most that come to issue is a failing drive, may it be the primary or secondary drives.
