Just built my PC (still lacking the delivery of the monitor and GPU). So meanwhile Windows is installed and all Mobo latest drivers are installed (chipset, Ethernet, Audio).

I am using my 42 inch Television to view the display for now. I am just using the graphics from my CPU (i5 4670k). Problem is the display is not correct. Running it at 1080p and tried different settings but the screen doesn't display everything and the icons at corners ends up not being shown.

Is there supposed to be drivers for CPU too cos I read up and all says only Mobo and GPU has it. Or is it cos I am using a TV? Please advice. I tried downloading the VGA driver for the Mobo and it gave a prompt saying I have latest drivers for my Intel graphics. Thanks.

P.S The mobo is a Z87-G43 non gaming board and couldn't find any graphics or USB drivers for it too. The link for drivers. http://

Look on Intel's website for updated drivers for their integrated GPU.

I will tell you that a number of years ago I had no end of trouble getting an Intel i5-2500K displaying 1920x1080. I ended up using a different resolution and then ultimately got a GPU for the computer to resolve the issue.

I totally detest Integrated graphics and the obscure ways Intel supports and documents it.

Note TV's and PCs display images differently, so that could also be part of the problem. If your TV allows you to assign a HDMI Input as "PC", do so, and see if that helps.

I often wondered why a specific HDMI input was marked as "PC". Do you have a link to an article that describes the differences in any detail?

I got the drivers from this link http:// and it makes no difference. The TV has no separate specifications for PC. It only has 2 HDMI inputs and have tried both with same results.

It has a PC input but is VGA not HDMI.
