Nope, CPU is good for even 4 way SLI 980s (which'd be awfully expensive though), a single 970 will not be any issue. Also, what exact model of Thermaltake 650W are you talking about? XFX/ SeaSonic/ Antec/ EVGA/ SuperFlower are the preferred PSUs brands.

If your current PSU is of good quality, you don't need to change it. The 970 cards are quite power efficient - I'm running mine on a 550W power supply at the moment with no issues whatsoever.

As MeteorsRaining as asked, what is your current PSU? Amps are just as important as wattage, and if your current one is good, you might not need to upgrade.

Yep,with ease. You've stll not specified your current PSU model (which you can reuse if its good quality and not too old), and you haven't specified which Thermaltake 650W you're willing to buy.

Unless that PSU is giving issues like coil whine, I see no need for you to upgrade your PSU! Good Luck man!

Well since you could run GTX 660 on it, 970 won't be any issue, it doesn't take up much power :)

one more question. my motherbordas main power conection is 24 pin , psu's 20 pin . So what should i do?I asked you about changing but i gorgot to mention this detail. everything runs great , but when i play sadow of mordor this just crashes, so i thought maybe , becuase of this detail. so i' considering should i buy a new psu?

Your system was working correctly with 20 pins, as you were using that PSU before the upgrade too right?

well yes, all games runed and runs on max or very high , i started worrying , thursday when i playd middle earth shadow of mordor and it just frezzed. So i think because of power supply. I started to look for adpter from 20-pin to 24-pin, but if i don't find it, i guess i'll buy a new psu just in case. i'm afraid that wit this issue , i won't be able to play games that i listed on max graphics or my mob ant pther pc parts can burn.

Its not about wattage, but quality, your choice is average quality, don't expect it to deliver full 630W, S12II 520W can deliver what it states, its very high quality, and very reliable too, fine for your system.

if i choose your variation, i i don't need to worry about insufficient power supplying, lags during gaming and other problems? Will it be enough for batman arkham knight, ryse son of rome, far cry4, AC unity to play on very high settings?

No need to worry. And PSU doesn't determine gaming performance CPU and GPU does, yours are good so yes they'll be good.
