game not appearing in my library in origin

Hey guys i downloaded battlefield 4 limited edition which included china rising dlc,
battlefield 4 installed fine but i cant find china rising in my library anymore and when i go on the china rising page it says i have to pay for it, it was in my library a week ago!

Origin does not alert me about products I already own through origin, at least not from the store page like steam does. I don't know if it will let you progress through the transaction without alerting that you already own it or if they will just let you buy it twice. At least that is what happened when I was checking some Titanfall DLC, though I have the Season Pass, it was more than ready to sell me the DLC even though I already owned it.

When you view the BF4 page from your library is the DLC greyed out at the bottom of the page or in full color? If it's in color then it is installed. If it is greyed out there then as rgd1101 said, contact Origin support, they should be able to resolve that.

Right click the game in the library, and choose View Game Details, in that list (towards the bottom, BF4 has a lot of crap) will be the DLC, if you own it should be checked off.

Hi guys thanks for all the replies, FinalDrive you were correct about origin being happy to sell me another copy of China rising, namhhgames I did what you said and nothing came up, after sometime I went on the battlelog website and out of no where it started downloading China rising...... Origin really pisses me off.

Hi bro,so i had a similar problem and i logg in Origin with my user name insted my email and it worked!!!:) The games appear again,only i had to DW them again.
