Hi i need a computer ASAP and im not the richest guy. Gonna upgrade from an laptop to a desktop

But will this computer i will write below run League of Legends Full settings and have like youtube in backround?

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 3.0Ghz
RAM: A-DATA 1333Mhz 4GB
Moderboard: MSI Gaming 5 with Steelseries Kinzu V2 "MSI Edition"
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB "bought it from my friend cheap"
PSU: be quiet! 400W
GPU: ASUS Radeon R7 260X 1GB DirectCUII OC
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64

drop down to a h97 mb. the h97 will still let you drop in a newer cpu latter on. with the savings buy a 2 by 4g 1600 ram kit. also look into a 600b or 750w evga power supply. the 600b let you drop in a larger gpu latter on without having to replace the 400w one.
