i upgraded my gpu to a Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 Windforce 2GB.
but when i am plugged all power connector in, no display show up.
when i am using my old one, everything is fine.
i have uninstalled the drivers, from the old one.
fans are spinning.
i hear a long beep and 2 or 3 short
system:
Fx-6300, so it has a 2.0 pci express, but it should have nothing to say.
450 watt XFX 80plus bronze, can this one be the problem?. i checked on pcpartpicker that the system should use 357 watt on full load, so it is a 93 watt clearnacne.

could be a bios bug check that the motherboard has the newest bios file. look on the power supply it the 12v leg that powers the cpu and gpu. see if your unit has one or two 12v legs. your power supply may be just under the amps rating.

Would be possible for you test the GPU in another PCI-E line or rig?

Did you connected all the correct plugs for the gpu? Most new cards have 2 plugs.

Also I would remove the ram and reinstall them and see if it works.

Maybe 95% the power supply is not powerful enough. Have you bought it from a shop or online?

The only way to find out is to take it to the shop and will try the gpu for you. Could you disconnect the fans and the cd drives to see if it boots?
