We need more detail, like is it the brand new pc ? Do it crash during installing the new OS? or you just use the old drive with OS to boot the PC and it crashes.
Also can you list the components too?

How often does it crash? a lot or just a few?
Or do you go the event logs to check out the error message? You should find something from the logs.

it seems random the crash normally first time I turn the pc on in the day
critical event id 41 kernel-power from event viewer#

but that is just the code for a unclean restart/shutdown

What model # of DRAM? With 16GB might need additional voltage to DRAM or MC (memory controller)

Try taking CPU/NB to 1.25 and add + 0.05 to the DRAM voltage

Yep, think that might be it, while the 8350 is rated up to 1866 at 1 stick per channel, they did their testing w/ 4 GB sticks, so 8GB sticks often take a little extra voltage to basically 'get fired up' and the MC (memory controller) needs a little extra to carry them - the CPU/NB voltage feeds the MC

Might ease CPU/NB up to 1.3 and see

I really don't think its a memory issue as I set it back to optimised defaults and it has worked fine since yesterday

From your error message, it looks like the ReadyBoot problem.
You can try this;
press "window" and "R" go to the "run" command, type: regedit, go to the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\WMI\Autologger\ReadyBoot\MaxFileSize, change the key value from 20 (decimal) to 60. press "OK", exit.
And reboot the PC to see it works or not.
