How to force dx11

I am using dual-graphics a8-7600 with the r7 250 2gb ddr3 and apparently frame pacing ony works on dx11 titles? Is there anyway to make any game use dx11? I use steam and I play games like planet side vindictus team fortress dota, etc.

Games will only run in DirectX 11 if there is a rendering codepath in the game for it. If the game only supports DirectX 9 or 10, then there's no way to force it to run in DX11. If you have serious microstuttering problems in DX9 titles, then all you can do is disable dual graphics and try to run the game on the R7 250 only.
