red led on by memory - also cpu will boot with lower ram 1833

What cpu do you have? Only 1/3 the CPU support up to 2133mhz, http://www.amd.com/en-us/products/processors/desktop/a-series-apu# I guess your cpu may only support the speed up to 1866mhz, because you said the RAM is at 1833mhz. If you oc to 2400mhz and get red led on the memory, that means you can't oc to that speed, just go to 2133mhz or 1866mhz something like that. Also do you try to use the xmp profile or try to manually set the setting in the BIOS?
