I'll get GTX 970 this week. But I'm still wondering what's the good CPU for GTX 970. Is Core i5 4670K will be a good pair with GTX 970?

Yes, that CPU is perfectly fine and no bottleneck whatsoever.

A great match, enjoy!

Get the i5 4690k, it has better thermals and costs pretty much the same.

If you already have the i5 4670 it's a great part, but if you're building a new rig, go for the Devils Canyon i5 4690K, it's just a little faster and Intel changed the thermal compound they use between the heatspreader and actual chip, giving better thermals and overclocking potential.
BTW my stock clocked i5 4690K+GTX970 decimates games at 1080 rez. Enjoy!
