Hi guys! So I'm going to try to summarize my pc issue as best as I can. Note: I am not very tech savvy.
This is kind of a timeline of events:
1) Last year my display driver started crashing more and more frequently, with a message along the lines of "nvidia xxxx kernel display driver crashed, bla bla.." being displayed. My screen would go black for a second, and then it'd return to normal. Then my pc suddenly started shutting off randomly in a matter of milliseconds (no BSOD, just black). I brought the pc to IT and they determined it was an overheating issue and added some fans. After that, everything was fine for about a year.
2) I was gone for 3 months this summer and when I came back, I took the cover off my pc, air spray dusted everything off internally and turned it on. I think around a day or a week later, the same issues as above started happening, including one BSOD event before one of the complete sudden shutdowns. Usually this kind of thing would happen on startup or when playing games. I tried rolling back the gpu drivers, uninstalling (with and without DDU) and clean installing them. I also ran 9 different anti malware programs, and deleted everything infected (malware bytes found around 9 files).
None of that worked. So I brought the PC back to IT, they checked it, told me it was a BIOS driver issue and that they fixed it. Everything worked fine for a week, and suddenly it started happening again. So, because of a friend's advice, I decided to format and also update my BIOS drivers. Which I did around a week ago. Two days ago, when I was playing a game, the Driver crash message popped up again. Now it started happening more frequently again. At the advice of a friend, I unplugged my tv from the GPU hdmi slot (my pc display is a samsung with a vga input so im using a DVI converter). Today the display went completely black while my pc kept running. I couldn't open task manager or anything.
It would be great if one of you guys could help me out, because I am about to beat the my pc with a bat.

If you need more info, let me know.
