CPU goes to 100% when I connect to the internet.

I have a laptop which runs at 2-3% CPU-usage (idle) when not connected to the internet.
The moment I plug in a cable, he shoots up to 100% and stays there, making it
unbearable to use it.
The steps I have taken:
- Ccleaner
- Malwarebytes
- HitmanPro
- Disabled a few startup programs.

Brand and model:
MEDION MIM2280 Notebook PC
OS: Vista Home Premium

Hi!

Well, Its obvious some processes are waiting you to connect the laptop to inet to party :p. My opinion:

- Easy solution: format it and install win7 or linux. (backup your files first!)
- Meh solution: check one by one every opened process!!!

Edit1: I forgot! You can also track/block/deny/check what processes are accesing to inet by using win firewall.
