Hi and welcome to Tom's forum.

How do you know that it's not overclock? What test did you used?

You can use CPUZ and Core Temp to watch your cpu speeds.

Set your multiplier to 20 and not 17.5 this is common whit the fx series.

Sorry my cpu will overclock, but no matter what I overclock it to it's unstable and my computer crashes as soon as i start prime95

What setting are you using? What are you changing on your BIOS? What BSoD error code do you get? That information is important for help you out to solve the problem that you have, that, I think is not enough voltage than other thing.

Yep, let us know what sort of settings you are using. Probably not enough vcore.

Start by using the piledriver and bulldozer overclock guide at overclockers forum . rule of thumb disable all power saving features. Epu, spread spectrum, c1e , c6, cool n quiet. Set your CPU voltage to manual and bump up one step at a time. Increasing voltage will increase heat quick so try to bump the multiplier up as much as you can for each voltage setting. Keep that up until you heat your thermal limit ( 72c socket and 62 degrees package ). Have LLC set to 75 % or ultra high

My settings are:
BLK Clock 200.00
CPU NorthBridge Freq. 2200
HT Link Freq. 2600
CPU Clock Ratio 22.5
CPU Vcore 1475v
Dynamic NB Core 0.0v
NB Core 1.165v
DRAM V 1.5v
DRAM Termination 0.750v auto
HT Link V 1.500v
NB/PCIe 1.800v
NB V 1.100v
Vcore Loadline Calibration 100%
My goal was a 4.5 clock but when I using prime95 the clock was a little under that CPU VCORE was 1.392-1.464v CPU was 58c was at 100% prime95 crash while i was testing and my pc crash later error was a critical structure corruption

1) Set HT link to 2000MHz, above that you won't see any performance increase.
2) Set NB frequency at 2000Mhz too for now, later we can rise that.
3) Set CPU Core voltage to stock and multiplier as well.

After that, star to rise the multiplier in 100MHz-150MHz steps and test for stability, we need to know the max frequency at stock voltage for now.

And remember disable:

1) Turbo options
2) C1E
3) Cool'n'Quite
4) Spread Spectrum

I kept all the same settings and made the changes you said but i got a system failed to boot error and had to go back to default settings to boot my pc

What exactly error do you get?

What speeds are you trying to reach because your voltage is set to 1.475 try going up by 100mhz on lower voltage and keep increasing as long as its stable
