hi
i have core 2 duo e7500 2.93Ghz processor,
i am willing to buy gigabyte-ga-g41m-motherboard & 4 gb ddr3 1333Mhz ram but motherboard shows that on 1333Mhz the CPU is overclocked ,
so does that mean that Processor will get overheating with 1333Mhz ram , does overclocking reduces processor life.also willing to add medium level graphic card which one to chose.

Solution
If the DDR3-1333 is cheaper get it, will down clock to DDR3-1066 and the memory settings will adjust accordingly.

AMD 6670, 5670, or 5570 "should" be ok on a 250w psu.

G41 supports DDR3-1066 memory for an E7500, to use DDR3-1333, then you need to manually overclock the cpu, as the memory is interlinked.

Overclocking can reduce the life span, but with good cooling, this shouldn't happen before you decide to upgrade.
