no, that GPU is not a high-end GPU, so you will not be able to play the most graphically intensive games at ultra. You will be able to play them at medium-high settings, though.

I'm afraid not.
Your card is not High-end, it's more around the Medium/high area.

And your other specs are pretty weak too.
Now a days, a quad core CPU is recommended for gaming. I.E the i5 4690K. A wonderful CPU.

I recommend getting the AMD Radeon R9 270X. It is the same price as the 750 TI OC 2GB but has better performance. I have this graphics card and I can guarantee good frames in any game. I play Battlefield 4 on Ultra at a smooth framerate. It is an amazing card for the price. Your CPU may definitely bottleneck you though. You really need to consider buying a new CPU. In my PC, I have an FX-6300 ($110) with my R9 270X and they work great.

All in all, I recommend the R9 270X. Not because I have it, but because AMD's price/performance ratio is way better than Nvidia's.

Good luck!

It's possible for you to upgrade piece by piece if you don't have the budget to buy all the pieces at once.

You can definitely upgrade your CPU later, but upgrading a CPU now might not show much improvement. But without a doubt, you will have to upgrade you CPU in the future if you want the best performance from a new GPU.

You might be able to figure something out if you have relatives in other regions who could send it to you. What region do you live in? Have you checked if other brands like MSI, Sapphire, or XFX have different shipping locations? Some brands might be able to ship to you while others can't.

I have a R9 270X, you do know its runs smooth right? but it doesn't really give you the ultra graphics.

I run BF4 Large Conquests on Ultra and it's smooth. Sometimes it dips low but I never even notice. If I stream it or record I have to bump it down to Medium though, so it's the borderline minimum. It's a crazy gaming GPU for the price. I run CS:GO at 310 FPS, Minecraft at 100 FPS, and a lot of other games. The only game I've come across that I have trouble playing is DayZ because it is in early alpha and TERRIBLY optimized.

EDIT: He is also running on a 1366x768 resolution, which will even bump the performance up at least another 20-30 FPS. It is a 1080p performer GPU, and a smaller resolution will just result in more performance.

No, no you wont be able to play latest games on ultra settings and any who has stated you will has absolutely no idea.
You entire system in general will not play games on ultra settings, not even high settings. You need a complete new system if you wish to play the latest games at highest settings. If you can't afford it, I suggest you buy yourself an xbox one or ps4

Kind regards,

I very highly doubt you play BF4 conquest on ultra with smooth frames with an R9 270x

I play it on a 23" 1080p 60Hz screen at enjoyable framerates on Ultra and it's enough. The reason I get great framerates is because I switched the graphics API from DirectX to Mantle's API, which improves AMD GPU performance by at least 10 FPS. If you don't think ~50 fps is enjoyable, bump it down to high. The graphics in BF4 are still amazing even on high. I can assure you that I can play BF4 on ultra at an enjoyable framerate.

Well, two things:
1. Horrendous CPU-GPU mismatch!
2. why ultra at all?

1. The E5500 is too weak for any recent games AND for any middleware GPU.
You will need at least an i5 or one of the big AMDs to match a recent GPU. Your CPU will be grilling while the GPU will idle at 20% to 30% load. Your CPU simply cannot provide enough FPS for the GPU.
The lower resolution will not ease the CPU. Only the GPU.
A CPU hungry BF 64 slot server will eat Your CPU in no time. You won't get any playable FPS. Even 48 players will kill Your CPU.

2. As ragingninja said: At least for BF4 You do not need Ultra. The same goes for any other fast pace game.

If You choose a clever video setting You will notice really small differences only when You know what to look at on still standing screenshots. Promised!

See this videos if You want proof. They show the differences of the most settings from low to ultra and has a special on ultra preset.
