I currently have an EVGA GTX 660 Superclocked, and I have been thinking about upgrading it to something better. My budget is about $250. Is it worth it to upgrade to something like a 760? Or should I get another 660 SC and do SLI? I don't know much about graphics card performance, and any help would be appreciated.

Save up another $100 and get a 970, or potentially wait for a 960 to be announced. The jump from the 600 to the 700 isn't going to be enough to really warrant spending $250, but the 900s are a big jump in performance and priced really competitively.

That benchmark looks pretty useless, looks like SLI and Crossfire don't even work since the 295X2 is barely better off than the single gpu version 290X
