Hi!
I'd like to ask you people of knowledge if I can upgrade my fx-6300 to one of the newest models (min fx-8350) without any problems likebottlenecking. I have the ASrock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0 mobo.
Sincerely

Solution

Yep should be fine, make sure to update BIOS to latest one before doe, just incase it might need one to accommodate the new cpu
Yes they do. However, for bottlenecking we need to know the GPU and RAM and the PSU to see if it can handle the extra power.

Also, I would recommend a 8320 over a 8350 because for paying a LOT less you get identical CPUS, one is just clocked slightly slower.

The 6300 won't bottleneck a 780ti or a titan black or even the 295x2???

I have the Thermaltake 530W Berlin edition (or Hamburg not sure), 8GB of G.Skill 1600MHz RAM and the ASUS GTX 760 2gb. So i'd be good to go in upgrading my cpu?

I would say no, the fx 6300 is comparable to the i5 4670k, true the 4670k is stronger, but nevertheless, I don't think it'll hold back any gpu
