I followed these instructions by right clicking in the top section of IE-insuring the favorites bar is selected and I cannot get my favorites bar back. I only have an icon on that row on the far left that says 'Add to Favorites Bar'. On the far right, I have my home icon, feeds, Read Mail, Print, Safety, Tools, Help, HP Network and Font size. Nothing in the middle. I recently installed Skype without the web phone caller.
