Hello All,

I recently built a new gaming pc but unfortunately have noticed that some games seem to cause the pc to restart during gaming on high, shadow of mordor being the most recent. The research I've done seems to point to the power supply, the problem is I have a corsair 760 watt power supply. Below are my specs, any suggestions?

Windows 8.1
I7 4790k 4.0 ghz
60 gigs of ram, corsair platinum
Gtx 780ti direct cu2
Asus maximus 7 hero
760 watt platinum power supply, corsair

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Whoops sorry about that 16 gigs, I'm wondering if it's maybe a driver issue, I've so far experienced this with shadow of mordor and the vanishing of Ethan carter, I feel like my rig should run those at max settings withought restating, when I turn the settings down it does work

Are you running a Kraken G10? I had a Kraken G10 on my 780Ti SC EVGA, and I have a Corsair 750RM PSU. The VRM was getting so hot it fried my card because of the Kraken G10 less than adequate VRM cooling.
