When I turned on my laptop, it says press F2 to enter setup, when I pressed it, it doesn't do anything. It's like stuck up. It won't even move or boot at all. I tried to boot in Safe Mode but nothing happens. I tap F8 key many times at the same time turn my laptop but still, that "press F2 to enter setup" message appears on my screen.

Possibly loose RAM or hard drive, try using another hard drive, if that works it's the hard drive, with a corrupted OS, if not the RAM either, then it's a broken processor, as a laptop, you're going to have to replace the whole thing. Most likely the hard drive.

Try spamming the DELETE key upon start up. If that doesn't open up the bios, try spamming F2 again.
