Internet connection dropping when using torrent client

Hi my internet connection keeps dropping when I am using a torrent client, it started with UTorrent so i switched to Tixati and the problem still persists. I am using a WNA-3100 as my wireless adapter and the superhub 1 as my modem I have checked channels and mine is set to the least used 11 also. It started happening since i started using windows 8.1 and all drivers are up to date for wireless.

ok i just saw that post .. this can be a result of a virus from whatever you are downlaoding ..do you mind sharing what you were downloading ?

The wireless connection sign on windows just keeps getting the yellow not working signal. most of the time i have to pull out the adapter and replug it in to regain connection.

That wireless adapter is not meant for intensive use, like i said in my previous post...
