Help. 2 usb audio speaker not working simultaneously

Help.
I have 2 pcs of USB speakers (music star portable usb speaker).
if i plug 1 pc of speaker, it works! sound's good even if it's just mono.
BUT, if i plug the other one (same speaker), now having 2 usb speakers, it didn't work. no sound even if its recognized by my windows 8.1 os.

please help.
all i need is to make this thing work.

Usb headsets and speakers are their own soundcard. What you are doing when you plug in the second speaker is to add in another soundcard. Windows cannot natively use both soundcards at the same time and it definitely cant send left channel to one and right channel audio to the other.

I beleive there is software you can run that might be able to do this though, I just cant recall the name of it so we'll have to wait for someone else to chime in.
