I have come across this and would like some opinions on if this is worth the price:

Any other recommendations would be much appreciated. I was thinking of going down the route of building my own however, looking for viable 'budget' parts as well as building them looks a daunting task at the moment. (busy with uni) Though I won't rule it out if it results in a more cost-effective build.
