Hey everyone,

I have a question about display's. I know how to connect my computer to my tv via HDMI. All this does is mirror the image over to my tv from my monitor.

What I want to do if possible is have it while my girlfriend is doing homework on the computer can I have it where I somehow have a second display ( for a game ) that is appearing on the tv but isn't full screen on the monitor.

I'm not sure if I explained that fully but let me know !

Thanks,
Steve D

Bumping is against the rules. Don't do it. Tom's is an active community.
Anyway, you can set which monitor you want as priority; but I'm not sure you can have exactly what you're describing.

Go in display properties. You'll find options to do that in there. Also, there are options in NVIDIA control panel.(Don't know about AMD, I've never used an AMD card uptill now).
