I finally ordered my msi 970 so i should get a monitor as well. Im gunna be streaming/gaming in 1080p. i play a lot of single players and i like them to be as pretty as possible hence the ips. I also play archeage and arma3/dayz. I figure when i get my 2nd 970 and can reach 100+fps in new games then ill get a 144hz benq and use my ips as a 2nd monitor.

Figure ill get 75 average fps in max everything in new games so thats why i want to oc to 75hz

Id like the colors/pictures to be beautiful. i dont know much about the features ect that make it look as good as possible so thats why im here. i dont want to spend too much so under 180$ us will be good.

TYVM for you time/effort

If you can get the LG 23EA63 than you should definitely get it. IPS screen, great design, Great Viewing Angle, superb color reproduction, 5ms response, overclocks to 70+ (i got 74hz from mine) . If you can't find it anywhere than you should get the 23mp55 for $150, which is pretty much the same except that the design is uglier.the AOC i2369v is also a great choice (70hz+). Or you can spend more to get the asus mx239h ($200-210), which overclocks to 76Hz+ and looks really good!

the 24m34D-B is a TN panel, which has subpar average color reproduction and narrow viewing angle, so it's out of the question. In this situation, i think you should get either the i2367h for $149.99 or the asus vn248h for $169.99 (with rebate) if you prefer the extra 0.8 inch size from the asus
