LG, HDMI, cant select on tv

I Can no longer access hdmi manually through using the input on remote it has disappeared I have tried resetting, check key locks an trying if it would work automatically. the usb works auto but hdmi doesn't any ideas that may help are greatly appreciated

Try a new cord. On my Samsung tv the hdmi inputs wont show up unless there is an active hdmi connection on it and so far I've had 2 cheap cords, that have worked for over a year, go bad...
