i5 4690k 4.5ghz H60 - or i7 4790k ?

hello friends, I wanted to take another doubt, how I will mount a new setup, I'm thinking about getting an i5 4690k with a corsair h60 or an i7 4790k, and I'll grab a gtx 970 from MSI and then make a plan to SLI it, then I will gain many fps with i7? or 4.5GHz i5 4690k secure good? Thank you!

For gaming simply say with a 4690k. There is no real reason to get the i7 for gaming, however dont pickup the h60, its a low end cooler, even the 212 EVO performs better.
I recommend the EVO until the h80i, past that get something like the h100i or swiftech 220-x or ND-d14.
