2 blue screens over the course of 3 months, anything to be concerned about?

Both times it has happened while I was doing something unorthodox, first time I was playing fallout and attempted to save while midair, second time I was alt tabbing through programs rather quickly, is this anything I should be concerned about?

I would test your RAM. I have a 16gig machine that only occasionally had bsod but in the end it was the last stick of ram that was failing but i was just not using it often enough to get the bad sectors.

Do you have video card, it could be the cause. If ever you have, uninstall the current driver, then re-install the one came along with it.
