Unable to load drivers on R7 250

Hi guys, my brand new XFX R7 250 wont go before latest drivers installed.
Only works as standard VGA adapter, once I install the driver pack > reboot > Win 7/8 logo > boom (blank screen).
Not freezing, not crashing, just blank screen.
Seems the system continues loading normally (cause I can hear / see HDD activity, moreover I actually can reboot or shutdown the computer by blindly typing the ALT+F4 shortcut)

Tested on 2 motherboards:
ASUS M4A88T-M/USB3
ASUS M5A97 EVO
Fresh Win 7/8 OS

Both running before Ati HDxxxx series cards without a single problem.

Thinking on a defective VGA, I've returned the 1st R7 250, but for my surprise same happens with the replacement... so Im kinda lost.

Are just crappy drivers which gives no support for my mobo's chipset?
Am I that unlucky to get 2 faulty VGAs?

Hmm definitely sounds like a driver issue to me as the card functions normally with VESA drivers. Have you tried doing a full manual uninstall of your drivers using this guide?

Also double check on bios update for your motherboard.

He used two motherboards and got the same issue - a common indicator that the problem follows with the card.

Also I just noticed the OP used fresh Windows installs. I'm not sure if I can crop it up to a bad card or software. I would recommend a GPU BIOS update though but I can't really be sure.

Yeah I see both motherboards, but the cards are newer than the boards...

Seems odd to have both GPUs be DOA.

I did, I mean the standard drivers which comes bundled with the OS, but as you surelly knows, they will reload after rebooting to make basic use of the system.

Im not that fan of VGAs bios updates, moreover when they are that new... and you know it will be kinda messy also, some bios can do more damage than benefits on this cheap/crappy cards without any bios protection switch.

Thats what I thought, but its strange both boards actually can run whitout any problems cards like HD79xx series... but wont even load a single new gen driver (for Rx series). And yeah, it will be the weirdest situation if both cards resulting DOA, lol.

Ok... an update.
Long story short:
Good news: the card its ok, its perfectly fine... sigh.
The bad one: Newest drivers wont support my current boards (and God knows how many others).
This scenario freaks me out, Im just digging on how DOA would it be the first card I've returned... lol.

Im just wondering how superior could it be this crappy R7 250 compared to the old HD7770 to not support those boards (ASUS M4A88T-M/USB3, ASUS M5A97 EVO) I mean, they both perfectly run an amazing HD7970 but not a miserable R7 250?

The Magic? MSI FM2-A75MA-E35, apparently this board enjoys the support needed.
BTW: With BIOS 2.2 from July 2013 (R7 series didnt exist even, funneh)
The same way, Im wondering why this board its supported and the others not.

I feeling kinda pissed...

Another update.
Today I received a mail from AMD Global Customer Care inviting me to try the new beta drivers (14.9.1)
Unfortunately they didnt work, again.

I dont really know how or why the guys at AMD wont give any proper support for this Asus motherboards (they are not too old or outdated) but seems nVIDIA does, cause while waiting for some news from AMD I grab an GT730 and tried on those Asus boards, surprisingly (?) they run at its best.

Im wondering if AMD wants me away from its cards...

Hey bud i think it is a problem with an older motherboard with PCI 1 and trying to install a newer card PCI X 3. What you have to do is a custom install off the drivers and not a express install. if that dont work may have to get a PCI express 2.0 card and still do a express install. The same ploblem happened to me and it was saying error 10 standard video graphics (VGA) where the only drivers it would install. i think it may have been a compatability issue with the motherboard
