The Non-Modular area has what i would expect. 1 20-pin and 1 8-pin connector for the Motherboard and CPu. But. one of the modular cables that came with it is another 8 pin connector labeled as "CPU". why it came with that? Are there Motherboards out there that take 2 8 pin connectors to power the CPU? or CPU-S..?
. i bought my board because i thought it was a great overclocking board (ASUS Z97 Sabertooth Mark-1). This was my first real build roughly 5 months ago. don't get me wrong. it does what i need it to do. but in the next few years when it is time for an upgrade ill know to go for the Maximus series.
