Yes, it is possible. However, in order for the graphics card to properly work, you will have to purchase a new power supply along with the graphics card. Tell me your budget and I can give you good options.

What is your PSU you will need a 80+ certified 28+ amps PSu with 500 watt minimum

Other parts will be fine with the card also the card is quite long the gigabyte card you are looking at is 16 inches in length the EVGA one is 10 inches in length so i think you have to change your case for any high end card but i am not sure what is your case GPU clearance so make that sure.
