Check out that website. They do good testing with the system. They use a more power hungry system than yours, a 6-core Intel system between servers and desktops in price. Using that, and an R9 280x they only got a full load of 350w. Granted in a game that will be higher cause of CPU usage also, but it won't be 200w higher so you will be fine.

The ASUS R9 280X DCUII http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FT2S4BG will run just fine on your power supply. I've actually had a couple of these cards and they are excellent! It runs cool, quiet, and overclocks like a beast.

As i can see you are en expert at this, i appreciate if you could do a calculation and see the power consumption for the whole system, not only the gpu.I know that im asking a lot,but i would be very happy if you could do it.Thanks again and sry for the inconvinience ;)

Your whole system will only use about 500W even overclocked. You're good to go.

I wouldn't bother upgrading the PSU. Mine is a lot worse than yours and I don't even plan to upgrade it for quite some time, and I am running an i7.
