You've got yourself a high end CPU and an entry level GPU, the latter is going to hold you back a lot in games. That base system CPU+MB+RAM should last you a bunch of years though, and graphics cards are much easier to upgrade. The game will run just fine, but not on ultra. If you really want to play games on high->ultra settings you'd better start saving for a graphics card (and make sure your PSU is up to powering a hungry GPU).
