Does anyone know when the Asus 980 Strix will start sales in the US

As my title says I'm wondering when the US market will get the GTX 980 Strix. I've seen it for sale in other countries but not in the US even though all of Asus's press releases say it was to be released with the 970 strix. Just curious.

The GTX 980 is still fairly scarce in production, your going to have to wait for more to arrive.

(It may be over in other countries but that are almost all for pre-order i.e. Australia, where I am based)

Ahhh so that makes sense. But odd to introduce a product and produce such a small amount of product to meet demand. But I do understand that doing so just means that they get bought up as soon as available.
