Yes, the cooler is listed as having FM2 support which means it will also fit FM2+. I would suggest the Hyper 212 Evo though. If the heatsink covers a memory socket, you can slide the fan up on the cooler to make sure that there is enough room for the memory.

According to the NewEgg specs, it will. It says it is compatible with FM2 sockets and thats what you have. PCPartpicker.com doesn't list the Hyper T4. But to be safe, why not go for Hyper 212 Evo? Its more popular and according to http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CXyBqs it will work. I don't know my AMD sockets well, but I believe this to be accurate.

Well on the motherboard there are these weird side things next to the socket with its own back plate and I was wondering if I would have to take that off or what? Sorry for not making my question very clear.

The black piece looks like the mounting points for an AMD cooler. I would assume that the cooler would attach to the mounting points using the AMD style lever that should come with it.

Pcpartspicker is pretty standard among most people. It allows you to see prices from many different sites at once :) .

Thanks guys for the help! I actually had just figured out that those were mounting points for the standard AMD cpu cooler. But I think this is my lasTquestion. If there was a hair or greese from your finger on the Thermal Pad of the AMD standard cpu cooler, will it burn up the cpu?

As long as you do not get anything on the actual CPU (the green portion) then you should be fine. However, it is still best to not get any oil or anything on the grease as it may make for less than optimal contact / heat transfer.
