Will this CPU be compatible with what I have?

I have a MSI Fm2-A75MA-E35 Mobo with an ASUS 7770 2gb. I was ORIGINALLY going to swap out my A4 5300 APU due to it's poor performance, to an AMD Athlon X4 750k. Unfortunately, they do not sell this Athlon in any of my local electronic stores because it is somewhat old. I am now looking for the Athlon X4 860k but I am wondering if it is completely compatible with what I have. Also, can anyone suggest what stores will have it?

Nope the Athlon x4-760K and A10-6800K are the fastest chips it will support but before installing them make sure your using the newest BIOS for that motherboard as your current BIOS version may not support those chips.

So the X4 860k wont work with my mobo? Also, how do I update the BIOS?
