So a few days ago I replaced my old PSU with a Seasonic MX12II 520W everything was working fine until my graphics card temp problem which was around 50-65C which you guys consider normal shuts off my computer and after it shuts off I look in my computer and I can feel immense heat from the graphics card fan and a bit from the CPU fans. It's now been shutting down when I'm just browsing the internet or watching a video and didn't happen before when I was replacing the PSU. I can probably say it's some dust since there are traces of it but would using canned air decrease the temp problem which is causing auto shutdowns? Or do I need a replacement GPU?

Here are some specs for info:

Does the graphics card fan spin? It sounds like a fan has seized.

If it has seized, then you have the option of maybe using an aftermarket cooler or fan.
Otherwise, it is time to replace the card.

The Fan still rotates but there are just traces of dust not intense amounts but some amounts of dust on the fan and probably below it will cleaning it out lower the temp or do I need a new card?

Try blowing out the dust from the fan and heat sink.

If that doesn't do the trick, you may be able to replace the thermal grease.

You mean that thermal paste thing to help lower or fix the temp for GPU's? If so what's a good brand to get
