Computer freezes in games

My computer likes to freeze in games, sometimes it's only like a second or less, but sometimes (only happens in CSGO) it freezes for like 5-8 seconds. It's really bad and I have no idea why. Anyone have any ideas? So far it happens in:

Counter Strike: Global Offensive
Dota 2
Path of Exile

They're mostly the only games I play right now, so I don't know what other games it does it in.

My PC is an old (2011) Dell Inspiron 620 with the only aftermarket parts being an AMD Radeon HD 6750 graphics card and a new PSU to support it. Other than that it runs Win 7, Intel i3-2100 3.10GHz, 6GB of RAM. It's also freezing in my room right now and it's doing it, but it also did it when it's was hot out during the summer.

Maybe when you play CSGO,you can use HardwareMonitor or AIDA64 to check your pc temp FIRST and show that temp info to us.
If it's not temp issues,maybe you can try to reinstall your OS or some hardware broken.
