Fifa 12 @ 768 vertical pixels doesn't show properly

When I run fifa 12 @ 4080 x 768 (triple monitor eyefinity) the menus are not shown properly on the screen. They don't resize to fit the width of my monitor and so the bottom where the options are gets cut off, everything else works fine.

My PC is running windows 8.1 with amd sapphire 7900 graphics card, 3.6 GHz cpu, 8 GB ram.

Well for the tripple monitor setup it has one hdmi, 1display port and 1 dvi. I should also note a correction, I checked again for the 1360 x 768 and it shows fine on one monitor, but when i try to do all three it doesn't. I'm wondering if it stretched out too much for the ratio, what do you think? it's 5:31:1 @ 4080 x 768.
