The Asus ROG series of laptops are very good. The G750 is the current fastest laptop made by them I believe.

Mixed reviews with MSI. Seems like a hit or miss product to me, plus I have never truly liked MSI due to their level of quality, but that's just me.

For tablets, I hear the new Windows surface isn't bad at all. I personally have an iPad Mini and think it's great, however I don't see the use of a tablet half the time. If you want something to pair nicely with Windows get the Surface or some other Android tablet. Why do you want one anyway?

That Asus is OK. But if you're going to pay that much, you should get an i7 4800.

Best quality for laptops is Asus, MSI and Lenovo in that order.

I'd stay away from Razer. The Surface Pro 3 would be over budget.
