Crossair hx850

Solution
Yep - checking further shows the mobo supports CPUs up to 140W. FX9370 is 220W. The CPU would be drawing too much power and causing the mobo to shutdown then restart on auto failure (default).

Sell the 9370 and buy an 8350.

Thank you, will do today at about 8-8:30pm
It's really strange, another factor of suspicion is causing the OS. I've downloaded couple of games via steam and non of them work, one of them prompts an error when launched(typical one which says program is not responding and is closed) the other one doesn't even launch...
But what concerns me is the unknown reboots.. Will do post the pics later on today mate

If you would have some spare time and would like to help, please do, I would really appreciate it.. :)

Have you tried overclocking your CPU or GPU? Both their voltages seem to be too high. And temp readings are low.

Can you check, using your UEFI Bios per http://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/CROSSHAIR_V_FORMULA/overview/ - install it if you haven't already.

Vcore? (Shown as 1.513V - way too high) CPU temp? (Shown as 30-32C)

PSU Voltages - 12V? 5V? 3.3V?

And install MSI Afterburner to get for your graphics card - Voltage? (Shown as 1.501V - way too high) Temp? (Shown as 32C)

Were those HWInfo shots taken including any gaming or just at idle?

I picked up something sneaky, the dvd drive which was roking slower than normal ones and wasn't able to boot up windows 8 for installation. I've replaced the dvd drive with atapi called one and it perfectlt installs win 8 in a proper speed.. I'm not sure if this isthe solution. Please let me know what should I do firat with the voltages, through bios, there's really a lot of settings that can be changed, including several voltage points
